Bio: Vera is the WNC Digital Teaching and Learning Consultant for NCDPI, a Google Certified
Educator since 2014, and a 25+ year veteran of NC public schools- 3 years as Instructional
assistant/ writing coach, 14 years as middle school ELA & SS teacher, 7 years as a digital
learning specialist and going on 2 years with DPI.
