This two-day session will focus on systemic implementation of the 4 PLC at Work
Questions (Curriculum, Assessment, Academic Interventions (MTSS), and Academic
Enrichment). We will also address the development of a PLC culture, fostering systems
of collaboration, and the role of leadership in the process. Participants will leave with a
powerful understanding of what it takes to move from theory into practical systemic
implementation. The strategies presented can be immediately applied upon return to
their school. Dr. Anthony Muhammad is an author and international thought
leader, and has been an educational practitioner for nearly 20 years. He is
recognized as one of the fields leading experts in the areas of school culture and
Professional Learning Communities at Work (PLC). Dr. Muhammad was
recognized as one of the 30 Most Influential Educational Thought Leaders in the
