There are two components to GLAD training. Component I is the Research and Theory portion and component II is the Demonstration portion. Component I is two full days while Component II is four full days.

Includes: 6 Full days of training and a training manual Type: Face-to-Face (All Sessions) Time: 8:00am-3:30pm (All Sessions) Fee: $650.00 WRESA Members (Includes a Training Manual) $1025.00 Non-Members (Includes a Training Manual) Credit: 40 Contact Hours - Must Attend all 6 days to receive credit
There are two components to GLAD training: You must complete Component I and Component II training to receive full credit. Choose dates from each Component below:
*Component I: Research and Theory (This is a 2- day requirement)
When you register, you will choose one of the following options for the 2-day event:
- July 18th and July 19th in Henderson County (Mills River Academy) OR
- Sept 28th and Sept 29th in Henderson County (Location TBD)
* Component II: Classroom Demonstrations (This is a 4-day requirement)
When you register, you will choose one of the following options for the 4-day event. Please choose the grade level closest to the grade level you teach:
- Oct 24th-Oct 27th (4th Grade Unit- Henderson County Schools at Edneyville) OR
- Nov 7th-Nov 10th (8th/9th Grade Unit- Henderson County Schools – TBD)
