This conference is designed for all principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and teachers that inspire educational excellence. This is a great opportunity for administrators to spend the day with their instructional coach and build strategies together for their staff and school.

Keynote Presentation Title: A Paradigm Shift: Adapting Your Culture from Proving to
Improving Through Collective Leadership
Dawn Brookhart, M.A.T., M.Ed., is a dynamic leader with nearly three decades of instructional and administrative experience in education, including serving in senior leadership roles in public schools and national organizations. Her success in improving student outcomes is highlighted by multiple National Blue Ribbon Schools and the creation of a Seattle Times featured reading and dyslexia training academy, which was the first of its kind in a Pennsylvania public school. Her latest endeavor is co-authoring Instructional Leadership Through Student-Focused Coaching: An Administrator’s Guide with Dr. Daryl Michel. She is currently a consultant for Be A Change, LLC, and Co-Founder & Vice-President of the Reading League Pennsylvania. She brings a passion for building innovative programs and sustainable systems-based models to bridge policy, research, and evidence-based practice in schools, universities, and state agencies.
