Participants will gain a clear\nunderstanding of how the EVAAS value-added system works and learn how to\ninterpret and apply its insights to improve teaching and learning. Through a hands-on\nexploration of real data\, you’ll leave equipped to turn your school’s data into actionable\nstrategies for student success. \nPresenter: Scott Rhodes \nAssistant Superintendent for Human Resources\nHenderson County Public Schools \nMr. Rhodes is in his 33rd year in public education. He has served in Henderson County\nin various capacities\, including teacher\, coach\, assistant principal\, middle and high\nschool principal\, and currently serves as assistant superintendent for Human\nResources.\nMr. Rhodes received his undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education from\nWestern Carolina University and his master’s degree in School Administration from\nGardner-Webb University. \nMr. Rhodes was selected as the 2015 NASSP\, North Carolina Secondary Principal of\nthe Year. \nPresenter: Kimberly Henderson\nDirector of Accountability\nHenderson County Public Schools \nMrs. Henderson is in her 28th year in public education.
