Audience: MTSS Team Support would include facilitation with either district or school-based leadership team
using Core, Risk, and Behavior Problem-Solving Guides to facilitate reflection on data, discuss instruction,
and purposefully problem-solve for your systems. Participants will leave with not only more insight into their
own systems, but also strategies for teams to use moving forward for MTSS effective practices.

Presenter: Gina Gold
Gina Gold is the MTSS Coordinator for Cleveland County Schools. She and her husband, Steve, live in Shelby, NC. Their daughter, Josie, just graduated as a Musical Theater major from Greensboro College in North Carolina and currently works with Missoula Children’s Theater.
Gina received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1995 from UNCC, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Converse College in 1999, and a National Board Teaching Certification in 2005. She is currently working toward an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner Webb University.
Her 27 years of experience as an educator include Classroom Teacher, AIG teacher, and Curriculum Coordinator at the elementary level, technology facilitator at the middle school level, and Title I Compliance and MTSS Coordinator at the district level. She looks forward to sharing some insights with you for refining practices in your current MTSS.
