Are you curious what helps or hinders those around you at work? Are you sometimes confused at how your students react to you in class?

True Colors offers a research-based approach to understanding human behavior and motivation. True Colors uses a metaphor of colors (gold, orange, blue, and green) to identify four distinct perspectives and personalities. Identifying our True Colors helps give us insight into the motivations, actions and communication styles of ourselves, and our colleagues.

True Colors works because it’s based on proven principles and it’s easy to remember and use in all kinds of circumstances, plus, the colors offer an easy-to-remember common language.

Come spend the day figuring out your true colors and how this can impact your students and coworkers. April Spencer will be leading this workshop.

Commenting on True Colors, principal Angie Trantham said “This was a great team building activity for my staff.  The teachers utilized the insightful knowledge of their teammates’ personality preferences to celebrate their own diversity.  April Spencer is engaging and flexible to accommodate your time, space and participants.”
