The Portrait of a school administrator is a multifaceted and dynamic role that encompasses
various dimensions of leadership. To gain a comprehensive understanding of this role, we invite
you to join us for a series of five informative and interactive professional growth opportunities.
Throughout this series, we will explore and delve into the different key roles of strategic
leadership, instructional leadership, cultural leadership, human resource, and managerial
leadership, as well as ethical and micro-political leadership. Throughout this series, participants
will engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and practical activities that promote
reflection and application of knowledge. Join us on this professional growth journey to develop
and enhance your leadership skills as a school administrator.
