Visible Learning for Literacy is the newest book in John Hattie’s Visible Learning series. Based on over 800 of Hattie’s meta-studies on learning and achievement, authors John Hattie, Douglas Fisher and Nancy Frey focus on literacy routines that have the biggest impact on student learning. Our study of the book will help you learn about surface and deep learning, determine the most effective activities and routines, and discover mind frames that best support classroom instruction.
