Sept/2023 - Dec/2023: This course provides educators and administrators with the foundational knowledge needed to support students with
persistent reading challenges, including dyslexia.
10/24/23 & 1/10/24: This 2 day course will help support school leadership teams to develop the necessary structures to connect data based individualization, MTSS and school improvement plans.
9/19/2023 - 4/23/2024: Throughout this series, we will explore and delve into the different key roles of strategic leadership, instructional leadership, cultural leadership, human resource, and managerial leadership, as well as ethical and micro-political leadership.
July 23-24, 2024: Differentiation strategies for the regular classroom will be a focus and teachers will leave with tools for planning, working in PLCs, and using differentiation strategies in their classrooms.

Nov 7, 2024: We will have time to plan and explore as well as to discuss critical vocabulary that organizes students' thinking and abilities with the critical properties of equality, and the language and power of units.
Nov 13, 2024: This full-day interactive hybrid workshop takes a lighthearted approach to examining habits, preferences and potential biases that can make or break a team.
Nov 13, 2024: Topics to be outlined include: reviewing the Teacher Evaluation Process, Teacher Plan, Assigning Rights, Navigating the Staff Evaluation Dashboard, and running reports to help identify plan completion steps and additional data.
Nov 20, 2024: This workshop presents engaging, content imbedded strategies in grades 5 – 8 for delivering instruction to the diverse populations that comprise today’s challenging inclusion classrooms.
