Designed for Lateral Entry teachers and late hire Beginning Teachers, this training will include a variety of topics related to Lateral Entry/beginning teachers. Topics will include licensure, strategies for engaging and effective teaching, new teacher expectations, the North Carolina Teacher Evaluation Process, classroom management, professionalism, and communication.
