9/19/2023 - 4/23/2024: Throughout this series, we will explore and delve into the different key roles of strategic leadership, instructional leadership, cultural leadership, human resource, and managerial leadership, as well as ethical and micro-political leadership.
June 13, 2024: Participants will learn about resources and strategies to help them in preparing to take the Foundations of Reading Test.
Aug 14, 2024: Participants will learn about resources and strategies to help them in preparing to take the Math CKT Test.
Sept 18, 2024: This full day training/workshop will focus on providing strategies for teachers and teaching assistants to help set up an organized learning environment.
Sept 24, 2024: School leaders will understand how common goals and sustained effort to reach them can lead
to higher levels of collective efficacy.
Sept 25, 2024: this course will provide administrators, literacy coaches, and curriculum coaches with tools to support classroom teachers with bringing LETRS to life in their classrooms.
