Sept/2023 - Dec/2023: This course provides educators and administrators with the foundational knowledge needed to support students with
persistent reading challenges, including dyslexia.
10/24/23 & 1/10/24: This 2 day course will help support school leadership teams to develop the necessary structures to connect data based individualization, MTSS and school improvement plans.
Feb 29, 2024: This interactive, hands-on workshop will provide K12 teachers with a comprehensive deep dive into the world of Artificial Intelligence through an education lens.
Mar 5-May 21, 2024: Specific strategies using explicit, multi-sensory, systematic instruction are
modeled and delivered using student work samples and error analysis through active
participation.
Mar 6, 2024: This full day training/workshop will focus on providing strategies for teachers and
counselors to use with their students on the autism spectrum and students with behavior
challenges.
Mar 12, 2024: Using secondary Social Studies and ELA standards, participants will practice embedding word recognition, vocabulary and comprehension strategies into their lessons in order to support their struggling readers.
Mar 13, 2024: Administrators and literacy leaders will be provided with tools for choosing the best Science of Reading aligned
curriculum as determined by EdReports for their school.
Mar 13, 2024: Together, let’s examine how AI is already infused in our daily lives and how we can reframe literacy to meet this moment.
Mar 19, 2024: Using secondary Math and Science standards, participants will practice embedding word recognition, vocabulary and comprehension strategies into their lessons in order to support their struggling readers.
Apr 22, 2024: Participants will gain an understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications in education, including its enormous potential as well as limitations and concerns, so that they leave empowered with the knowledge and skills to use today’s AI models effectively, safely, and responsibly.
